Identify the parts of the tool, assemble and disassemble the accessories, start it up and use it safely.
Identify and know the different parts and components of the machine
Visual identification game: trainees will speak, and the trainer will make the connection and provide a summary suited to the candidates' level.
Identify, know the machine parts
Visualisation of the internal parts of the machinery, explanation of how they work, or discovery of the internal operation of a machine's engine (viewing a real component from inside an engine).
Machine maintenance
Rules for use and safety
Use the machine in compliance with all safety standards, handling procedures (wood cutting, hedge trimming, etc.) and personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements.
The teaching approach used is active and participant-centred, focusing on the participants, their experiences in the field and their feelings. Genech Conseil prioritises practical application, collaborative development, cooperation and group discussion, which are essential for a better understanding of the information and techniques.
The tools used during the training are diverse and promote a dynamic pace and active, effective collaboration among participants: group work, role-play, practice analysis, debriefs…
A training booklet is provided to participants.
