A space of formation and valuation.

The farmers’ market is a real a space for training and promoting creative output of the establishment. Open to the general public, it showcases products from our dairy farm (milk, cheese), vegetable, flower and horticultural greenhouses, and our famous apple juice. Other products from local producer partners complement the product range.

Learners at the heart of the programme.

Learners take an active part in running the shop. Supervised by their teachers, they develop their professional skills by sales, customer advice, shelf management and product display, under conditions similar to those in a real shop.

Every week, nearly 300 customers come and discover a wide selection of products. The store offers more than 400 products, comprising the school’s productions as well as those of a around thirty local producers and suppliers, thereby promoting local supply chains.

This venue serves both as a practical educational tool for learners and as a meeting point with the territory, allowing the public to support local productions whilst discovering the expertise of the learners.

Opening hours.

Wednesday and Thursday 1:30 pm – 6:30 pm

Friday : 10.00 am – 7.00 pm
