A young person succeeds when they feel listened to, understood and supported.
The CEA & SEREN’ITI programme, through a coordinator and a multidisciplinary team, coordinates personalised support for learners across several sites. Following an induction and assessment phase, it mobilises educational, social, wellbeing and career guidance resources tailored to each individual’s needs. Its aim is to promote the personal development, success and integration of each learner within a framework based on active listening, support and ongoing monitoring.
Today, many parents are wondering: How to help your child find their way, regain their confidence and succeed in a world that can sometimes be complex ?
At the Institut de Genech, we firmly believe that young people succeed when they feel that they are being listened to, understood and supported in their personal and academic development.
That is why we have developed two complementary support schemes, designed to support young people aged 13 to 18 – and beyond – in their educational and personal development.
Our aim : to enable every young person to flourish, realise their potential and build a secure future.

Comprehensive support, dedicated to today's students.
The scheme CEA is a comprehensive support programme designed for pupils from Year 9 through to BTS level. It has been developed to meet the needs of today’s young people: self-confidence, stress management, study skills, motivation and academic success.
This programme forms part of the educational project Lands of the Future 2030 from the Genech Institute, which places the individual, inclusion and success for everyone at the heart of his project.

A.P.I. coaches
Personal Development Coaches
The coaches provide support to young people on a confidential and free-of-charge basis, outside of lessons.

- the organisation and working methods
- decision-making and personal projects
Through active listening and structured dialogue, young people learn to get to know themselves better, identify their strengths and take control of their own success.

Individual Support: Materials and Methodology
During study periods, teachers offer personalised academic support, either in small groups or one-to-one.

This system enables each pupil to progress at their own pace.

Remedial teachers
Support from remedial teachers
Support from remedial teachers
Two specialist teachers support young people with learning or organisational difficulties. They help them to:
- understand how they learn
- develop memorisation and concentration strategies
- regain motivation and confidence in their abilities
Their aim: to enable every young person to become independent and effective in their learning.

The scheme SEREN'ITI.

- Apprenticeship
- Co-funded by the ESF+
Securing the apprenticeship journey, preventing contract terminations.
The programme SEREN’ITI – My Secure Learning Pathway, run by CFA Ecclor, supports young people on apprenticeship schemes in order to protect their career path and prevent contract terminations.
This scheme receives significant support from the European Union as part of the European Social Fund Plus (ESF+), ensuring enhanced and long-term support.

SEREN’ITI is based on three areas of support:
Priority Area 01
Access
Making it easier to access apprenticeships
Advisers help young people to find an employer, prepare the necessary paperwork and ensure that the apprenticeship contract is signed.
Priority Area 02
Difficulties
Supporting young people facing personal difficulties
Some apprentices may face social, financial or personal difficulties. A dedicated team supports them to stabilise their situation and enable them to continue their training under the right conditions.
Axis 03
Success
Enhancing educational success
Individualised educational support is provided to apprentices experiencing difficulties, with the aim of strengthening their skills, preventing them from dropping out and helping them to pass their exams.
