For over 40 years, CFA Ecclor, an entity of the Groupe Institut de Genech, has been supporting every apprentice towards success. With more than twenty member establishments located in Hauts-de-France, Normandy, Bourgogne-Franche-Comté and Grand Est, CFA ECCLOR offers over forty apprenticeship training programmes in the fields of nature and the environment.
Within the Institut de Genech Group, apprenticeships take place at our three training centres, depending on the chosen vocational pathway or the course being undertaken.

One of the benefits of an apprenticeship is that this solution allows you to gain on-site experience while continuing to train.
In practical terms, this programme will help you to continually put the theoretical knowledge you have acquired into practice. Indeed, through the tasks you are given within the company, you can immediately apply what you have learnt at your training centre. You can also gain further knowledge whilst working alongside your mentor.

You will be paid throughout the duration of your contract, and your tuition fees will be covered by your employer. The amount you are paid depends on your age and the year of your training.

You are paid
An apprenticeship not only covers your tuition fees, but also enables you to receive a salary in return for the work you carry out within a company. This remuneration is calculated as a percentage of the minimum wage, depending on your age, your progress through the apprenticeship programme and the level of your qualification.
Note your salary is tax-free, up to the limit of the minimum wage, even if you are included on your parents' tax household return. Other financial benefits may also be provided for by the apprenticeship contract, such as bonuses. These perks thus allow you to achieve financial independence while gaining professional experience.

Most training courses start in September. Generally speaking, in order to finalise their staff numbers as quickly as possible, companies begin recruiting as early as spring. That is why, if you wish to do an apprenticeship, you should anticipate these factors and start your search as early as March.
Prepare in advance of your research a pitch clearly explaining your career plan, what you are passionate about in your future profession, and the advantages of doing an apprenticeship training course.
