For several decades, Genech Conseil has been supporting businesses in developing their staff’s skills through a range of vocational training programmes tailored to the challenges faced in the workplace.
Each year, nearly 2,000 adults are trained by our teams through programmes that combine professional expertise, active learning and personalised support.
Our areas of expertise are directly linked to the Institut de Genech Group’s long-standing areas of specialism: agriculture, landscaping and gardening, retail, floristry, pet shops, food retail and the equestrian sector
Thanks to a network of partners and complementary areas of expertise, Genech Conseil also offers training and support in cross-functional areas: management and human resources, IT, communication, administration, accounting, legal and finance, quality policy, health and safety at work, and bespoke training programmes

Being a placement supervisor
Internships lasting between 2 and 12 weeks for higher education students
The internship periods offered within the Groupe Institut de Genech can range from a minimum of 2 weeks up to 12 weeks in higher education.
The work placement supervisor supports the young person as they discover the world of work.
Its main responsibilities:
- welcome and integrate the trainee; ;
- to present the company and its activities; ;
- to share best practice and professional techniques; ;
- assign tasks appropriate to their level; ;
- supporting their progress with kindness and high standards; ;
- encourage their independence and sense of responsibility.
- Being a work placement supervisor means helping a young person discover a future profession hands-on.
Being an apprenticeship master
In conjunction with the apprenticeship training centre, regular monitoring of the apprentice
The apprenticeship master is a voluntary employee or the employer themselves, possessing the necessary skills and experience to support the apprentice in their training.
In connection with the CFA, its missions are to:
- welcome and integrate the apprentice; ;
- transfer technical and professional skills; ;
- share the company’s culture and values; ;
- support their development and independence; ;
- to carry out regular follow-up in consultation with the teaching team.
The apprenticeship master is a voluntary employee or the employer themselves, possessing the necessary skills and experience to support the apprentice in their training.
