The training
By the end of the training course, the participant will have been made aware of the risk factors specific to their professional activities. They will have acquired the correct posture and movements to adopt in order to prevent fatigue, back pain, musculoskeletal and joint pain, and accidents, thanks to training based primarily on practical exercises and handling.

Anatomy, the human body
Discover all the musculoskeletal disorders encountered in the upper limbs and lower back pain.
The importance of the warm-up
Practice of an effective warm-up by position.
Application of manual handling
Understand the good practices for handling movements that must be repetitive and sustained over time in order to reduce the risk of occupational accidents.
Concept of ergonomics. The human and their workstation
Status of gesture and posture
Assessment of musculoskeletal disorder risk factors
Introduction of the screening tool (OSHA checklist), the OREGE questionnaire and the INRS manual handling analysis method.
Watching situational videos to be avoided
Analysis and discussion of practical situations enabling trainees to identify and evaluate good manual handling practices.
The teaching approach used is active and participant-centred, focusing on the participants, their experiences in the field and their feelings. Genech Conseil prioritises practical application, collaborative development, cooperation and group discussion, which are essential for a better understanding of the information and techniques.
