The training
By the end of the training course, the participant will have discovered their leadership style and identified areas for improvement to establish their leadership stance. They will have the keys to communicate, develop their capacity for influence and their ability to bring together and lead the team in a shared collective project, and to inspire ambition, trust and collaboration.
