The teaching approach used is active and centred on the participants, their experiences in the field of intervention, and their feelings. Genech Conseil prioritises practice, co-construction, cooperation, and exchanges within the group, which are necessary for a better understanding of information and techniques. The tools used during the training are diverse and promote a dynamic pace and active, effective collaboration among participants: group work, role-play, practice analysis, debriefing, etc. A training booklet is given to the participants.
