The training

Objectives

Carry out the maintenance and bioseansing of premises in compliance with hygiene and safety protocols
Maintain the bedrooms, communal areas and sanitary facilities
Supporting residents with daily living activities
Working in conjunction with the care team
Observe health and safety regulations
Observe, pass on useful information and ensure traceability
Adopt a professional demeanour based on kindness and discretion
Contribute to the quality management approach and ecological transition (waste sorting, eco-friendly habits)

Programme

Carry out the cleaning and sanitising of premises while adapting to the presence of residents

Clean the communal premises and toilets in accordance with the operational procedures
Apply room and surface bio-cleaning protocols

CONTRIBUTE TO HOTEL SERVICE PROVISION WHILE RESPECTING THE ESTABLISHMENT’S QUALITY STANDARDS

To assist with the laundry service for residents and the care home
Serve residents' meals in accordance with the care team's instructions

Contribute to supporting the resident in their daily life, taking into account the establishment's project

To support the resident in getting about and with their social life, whilst following the care team’s instructions

Theoretical content brought to life through practical scenarios, discussions on best practice, role-plays, analysis of real-world business experiences, and mock exams
Methodology, including support with exam preparation, professional writing, oral expression, and the use of IT tools and Word

Access conditions

Placement test, interview within 30 days of the first contact
Enrolment by module is possible at any stage of the course

Assessment methods

Work-based learning, assessment of practical skills in real-life situations. The three modules are assessed at the end of the course, leading to the award of three

CCP (Certificats de compétences professionnelles - Certificates of Professional Competence). Achieving a CCP grants the right to apply for the professional qualification within the limit of the qualification's period of validity.
