Objectives

Retail is a highly dynamic sector, always at the forefront of business news and offering opportunities for rapid career progression. It is a sector that is currently recruiting.

This training course provides the tools required for the management, business development and leadership of a Business Unit.

Programme

BLOCK 1: Contribution to the organisation's development strategy

Conducting a strategic intelligence watch and understanding the external environment
Conducting an internal assessment and identifying development opportunities
Proposal for a sustainable and responsible development project to senior management

BLOCK 2: Defining and planning marketing and development activities

Development of new markets as part of the defined growth strategy
Implementation of the omnichannel marketing plan
Involvement in the development of a CSR communication plan
Building the organisation’s brand awareness and measuring marketing performance

BLOCK 3: Managing a development project

Planning and launch of the development project
Leading and promoting the project with stakeholders
Operational monitoring and evaluation of the measures implemented

MODULE 4: Sustainable management of on-site and remote teams

Organisation of the internal team to ensure the organisation’s development
Frontline management in an intercultural and intergenerational context
Managing team performance in the context of digital transformation

Rhythm

Duration: 1 year (470 hours)
Frequency of the work-study programme: one week in three at the CFA, with extended periods in the workplace depending on the type of role

A work-based learning approach in partnership with industry : interactive lessons with real-world relevance, active learning, the flipped classroom, quizzes and simulation games.

Tariffs

For 12 months: 8 200 €

The training is mainly funded by the company's OPCO (Operator of Skills) as well as by funds obtained by the CFA.

From 1 July 2025, the state is imposing a residual charge of €750 for the training year.

This amount will be invoiced by the training centre after the 45-day company trial period.

Target audience

Anyone wishing to work in the field of commerce and to obtain positions of responsibility.

Required qualities: drive, availability, mobility, autonomy and commercial awareness

Prerequisite

Training courses in business, marketing, management, managerial action, sustainable development / CSR.

To holders of a degree at level A-levels plus two years of higher education or of a professional title registered with the RNCP of Level V;
For individuals with a level of education two years of higher education recognition of prior higher education learning ;
For individuals with professional or personal experience (VAE and VAPP)

Number of participants

8 to 25 participants.

Access conditions

One-to-one interview and placement test (decision within 30 days of initial contact)
Having entered into an apprenticeship contract
