Further study

The general bachelor’s degree, a three-year degree at Level 6, corresponds to the first level of study in the LMD system.

Continuing studies, notably in a master's degree, a business or engineering school, or an IAE through parallel admissions, is a logical step.

Work-based learning enables immediate entry into the workforce

Holders of the DEG degree can work in a wide range of organisations, both public and private, whether or not they are linked to the agricultural sector (farms, collection and supply organisations, agricultural or rural development organisations, service providers, banks, insurance companies, management centres, etc.)

The job titles he may hold are as follows: management assistant or manager, account manager, team leader, agricultural adviser, performance monitor (livestock, crops, quality, etc.), contractor, technical sales representative.

Tariffs

For 12 months: 12 500 €

The training is mainly funded by the company's OPCO (Operator of Skills) as well as by funds obtained by the CFA.

From 1 July 2025, the state is imposing a residual charge of €750 for the training year.

This amount will be invoiced by the training centre after the 45-day company trial period.

  • Be aged between 16 and 29
  • Holders of a qualification conferring 120 ECTS (A-levels plus two years of higher education) or of a professional title registered in Level 5
  • Certain age and qualification exemptions exist depending on the candidates' profile
  • Have a coherent career plan and validate the Higher education diploma (two years post-baccalaureate) prior to the start of the training course
  • To have a training company for the duration of the apprenticeship
  • Interview within 30 days following the initial contact. Admission between January and June for a September intake
  • Recruitment is based on an application and an interview. It takes into account a two-year post-A-level qualification, experience and personal motivation.

The training is organised around an assessment at the end of each Teaching Unit.

  • Premises: Fire safety regulations for public buildings (ERP) – Premises accessible to people with reduced mobility
  • Possible academic guidance and adaptation, mentored by a disability officer
