The training

Level 3 State Diploma, issued by the Ministry of National Education and Youth, registered in the RNCP on 19/12/2023 under number 38400.

Objectives

Create the different types of bouquets and other arrangements: hand-tied bouquets, funeral sprays, rooted arrangements, etc.
Keep abreast of the different styles in use within the profession and the evolution of trends
Using drawing techniques and other visual expressions with a client to support the sale
Conduct a consultative sale
Identify plants and be able to provide maintenance and care advice
Familiarise oneself with the economic environment

TECHNICAL AND VOCATIONAL EDUCATION MODULES

Creation of arrangements and compositions of cut flowers
Creation of plant arrangements
Bouquet making: round bouquets, sheafs, etc.
Implementation of thematic projects: wedding ceremonies, creation of themed window displays, floral decoration of an altar...
Production of drawings and sketches

APPRENTICESHIP (1 and 2 years)

For 12 months: €9,000

(The training is funded by the OPCOs and the CFA. The apprentice and the company therefore have no costs to cover.)

CONTINUING PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT (1 year)

From €14 an hour

(Possible funding options depending on your circumstances: self-funding, career transition support, etc. – please check with the centre.)

Prerequisite

Master the basics (speaking, reading, writing, and numeracy in French).

In a one-to-one interview
Exemption from general subjects may be granted if the candidate already holds a Level 3 qualification or higher in continuing professional development

National final assessments: written + practical + role-play
